Inspired by one of our retail customers, Sweet Tang Maple Mustard was created after they shared how they had tried countless mustard BBQ sauces but had never found one they truly loved. They challenged me to create a mustard sauce with the same clean ingredients, balanced flavour, and small-batch quality that define every Bujold BBQ & Kitchen product.

Drawing inspiration from classic Carolina-style mustard barbecue sauces, I created a uniquely Canadian interpretation using pure maple syrup, Crosby's Fancy Molasses, and apple cider vinegar. The result is a smooth, tangy mustard BBQ sauce with a rich, balanced flavour that's equally at home on pulled pork, sausages, burgers, chicken, sandwiches, and as a dipping sauce.
